You want to improve your photography skills?  Or start to learn about photography?  What camera should I use?

The best camera to have?  The one in your hands – whether it’s a cellphone, compact digital camera or DSLR camera.  We’ll help you with whatever camera you use to take pictures.

Come and have some fun on a Sunday afternoon in Maplewood State Park and learn more about photography. Members of the Detroit Lakes Photography Group will be on hand to share tips on improving your photos. There will be a short session on basic photography instructions, followed by training in the park with the photo group members.

Session are open to both kids and adults.  Individuals and families are welcomed.

There is no charge for this class, but you need a MN State Park sticker to get into the state park.  Class will meet at the Josh Hanson Memorial Picnic Shelter.  Come early and bring a picnic lunch.
